Bradley University is going to give me $40,000 worth of scholarships. The future of my education is not nearly as certain as it was before I got the mail today.

Last week my parents met Ms. Buyarski. My Dad took back all the times he tried to correct me, agreeing that she really does look like a mountain troll. Seriously. She could have a role in the next Harry Potter movie.

The pep assembly on Friday proved that excited Seniors will yell for anything. At one point there was cheering for Bob Scott.

For all Court-related things I was paired with Cody Alberti. For the most part we got along, even if there was excessive discussion of soccer. I was so glad to find that it was not Ben Cox the sequel. Not that that wasn't great the first time. However I do believe Cody caught on to the fact that I was not being 100% sincere with him when the following happened:
Cody: "Its really hot up here" (we were standing on the risers at the dance)
Me: "Oh Cody. That's just you."
Cody; "Ha Ha."
I had to bite my tongue to keep in the reply of: "Smile for the cameras hot stuff". I would have said it, but I had to slow dance with him immediately after that. And that was awkward enough without extra glaring.

I was watching a commercial for a wheel chair company. A shot of their outlet store was shown on screen. The building was two stories tall.

I received several comments today about me looking stressed/tired. My personal favorite was Ashley, who's first words were "you look terrible". I'm doing quite fine besides being sick and I am relatively stress free. However I apparently looked rather horrible today. Thank you all.

Good thing they took the Court picture for the newspaper today. While I'm all cute.

So it was a mistake to tell my mom I was trying out for The Wizard of Oz. My normally humorless mother just cracked joke after joke.

"You should be the Scarecrow, you don't have a brain!"
"You should be the Tinman, you don't have a heart!"
"You should be the Wicked Witch of the West, you've got the right personality."

Oh yes. Soooo funny. Really. I died from the laughter.
